About
Financial Ignorance is Expensive.
Are you in control of your own finances? Yes, of course you are – you know exactly how much money you have and it is you how decides how to spend it. Or is it? Some of us are better organized than others, but we all want to be in control of our finances. And taxes we pay to our government are not an exception! We want to know how the taxes are spent and have a say in making the decision.
The taxation is our burden, and the ability to control it must be delivered by those we elect to do just that. And they are our representation. If we elect but are not being listened – it’s the taxation without representation. And that is exactly what TEA Party is about. Government is employed by people – not people by the government. Its spending must be done for our needs. People of the United States must decide where their money goes.
Power and money sooner or later corrupt any government. The more money government controls the more power it gains. Finally a country reaches the point when the freedom and prosperity of the nation are in jeopardy. We must limit the government’s expansion by controlling its spending. It is our obligation to our children and to ourselves.
There is not much we need. We want the United States Constitution to be honored in its original words, exactly as it has been written by the Founding Fathers. We don’t like government to expand. We don’t want to see our money being flushed away to the entitlement of those who have never paid for it. We don’t like anybody telling us how to earn money, what to buy, what to sell, and how to raise our children. We are capable of handling all of it on our own. But the government will never let it go voluntarily. And it’s our job to make them do so.
